Jiyeon Amy Seo is a Ph.D. student in the School of Information at the University of Michigan. Her research lies at the intersection of design, HCI, and communication, exploring how technologies—such as mobile technology, social robots, and other emerging technologies—can support human relationships and social interaction in communication contexts, with the goal of fostering social and holistic well-being.
